Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt by the purchaser. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags in place and the item in the same unused condition that you received it. We do not accept returns for items that have been used or washed.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is deemed defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received by us. A replacement item may be sent after inspection.
